Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to issue a full refund or offer an exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the original condition in which they were received, including the original packaging.
Please note that certain categories of products are not eligible for return. This includes perishable items such as Custom Orders, Custom Jewelery, and Final Sale jewelry. We also do not accept returns on Broken or Used jewelry.
Additional items that cannot be returned include:
- Custom Jewelry
- Final Sale Jewelry
- Used Jewelry
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from returning items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refund Situations
There are specific circumstances under which only partial refunds may be issued:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days post-delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often a delay before a refund is posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the provided email address.
Sale Items
Please note that only items at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at the designated email address and send your item to: physical address.
Gifts
If an item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be issued to the purchaser, and they will be informed of the return.
Returning Items
To return a product, please send it to: physical address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
